I love that there is a heat control on the dial. My hair is somewhat damaged from coloring and I don't want to fry my hair with high heat.

This is the best flat iron I own! It was packaged very well (I love the red box), has a swivel cord, temperature goes up to 450, curls better than the curler and wand curler I have, straightens to perfection with 1-2 passes, and comes with a protective glove. Im kind of clumsy so I've dropped it a few times but it still looks like I just took it out the box and works the same! This flat iron will be your go to for everything so go ahead and buy it! Great job on construction and all of the thought that went into this product; thank you

This works great on coarse curly hair! I had an issue with the original product not getting hot enough and the management contacted me to resolve the issue. They were great!
